at the age of 14, Ava August performed before an SOLD OUT audience of 3000 people who gathered at Staples Center in Downtown Los Angeles ahead of the Los Angeles Kings professional hockey game. Ava August was recruited and booked to perform by the Los Angeles Dodgers and L.A. Galaxy Professional soccer and baseball teams respectively, but COVID-19 pandemic resulted in cancellations of these scheduling. Ava August was the youngest performer and appearance on American Idol's 19th season in the age group of 15. Ava August received the GOLDEN TICKER in the Audition Round. After that, she was able to advance into the Genre, Duet, Showstopper as well as the Celebrity/Solo Top 16 and Top 10 rounds. Ava got into the America's TOP 10 for the year. Ava August sang on American Idol two of her own songs - Neighbor Boys as well as Ghost of You. Ava did a duet which is incredibly strong and powerful with Josh Groban, an internationally-acclaimed artist.
